I paid by card and everything felt totally safe. There were literally no weird charges afterward, so all good on my end.

The package arrived looking clean and well-handled. No dents, tears, or anything sketchy, everything was in good shape when it got here.

I ordered from Yeezy and they showed up in about two weeks. Since I just got them recently, I’m probably still in that excited first-impression phase, but they look really good on feet and the box came in decent shape too.
I wasn’t expecting something that felt exactly like buying from a retail store, so they met my expectations well. There was a small glue mark on one side, but it’s not really noticeable unless you’re looking for it. I’d give them 4 stars because the shipping updates were a little slow, but overall I’m happy with the pair

The site was easy to use, which was a relief because so many websites make you dig around forever just to find basic stuff. Pages loaded fine for me, and I didn’t have to keep clicking through a bunch of random menus. The layout was simple, checkout was clear, and nothing felt confusing or annoying. It was just a smooth experience overall, which shouldn’t feel rare, but apparently it does.

The customer service was fine. I emailed them about an issue I was having, and they did get back to me and sort it out. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end, they handled it.
